I designed and laser cut all of the pieces for this box.  It is assembled from birdseye maple and bubinga veneers, carefully glued into place on birch ply and hand finished.  The interior of the box is lined with padded seafoam green satin, and the box has a hidden compartment in the bottom accessible by inverting the box and pressing on the bottom panel in the right way.  The hidden compartment is also lined in satin.
